Homelessness is a situation that affects ordinary people, and can happen for all sorts of reasons like the loss of a job, relationship breakdowns, health issues and domestic violence.

It's not always what people think, and those experiencing it don't need to be living on the streets to be considered homeless. They can be sleeping in tents, staying in cars, or living in hostels.
